These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using and purchasing the "NEUROSYSTEM" digital product bundle (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Digital Product
The "NEUROSYSTEM" consists of two printable digital publications in PDF format: a parents' exercise book (NEUROBOOK) and a children's workbook (NEUROPAD). After purchase, you will receive access to the downloadable file(s).
- The Product is intended for personal use only
- Reselling, copying, or distributing the Product is prohibited
- Access to the Product is provided immediately after payment is confirmed
3. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed on the website are final prices, including any applicable taxes. Available payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay (Stripe) (processed by an external service provider). The Seller does not store any payment details.
4. Product Delivery
The Product is delivered electronically (via a download link or email) immediately after payment confirmation. In case of any delivery issues, please contact us: support@myneurobook.com
5. Limitation of Liability
The Product is of an educational and informational nature. The Seller is not responsible for the results achieved by the user — the outcome depends on individual commitment and the regularity of practice.
The Seller is not liable for:
- Technical issues on the user's side that prevent the use of the PDF file
- Individual results or the lack thereof
- Indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product
- Third-party content to which links may point
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.
6. Refunds
The detailed rules for refunds are set out in the Refund Policy. In short: we offer a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials contained in the Product (texts, graphics, exercises) are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a licence for personal use only — it does not transfer any copyright to the buyer.
8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall take effect on the date of their publication on the website. Orders placed before the amendment is made are governed by the Terms and Conditions in force on the day of purchase.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the Seller is registered. This does not affect the protection you enjoy under the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be settled amicably; failing agreement, the competent court shall decide.
