What your child develops with regular exercises
Short games and tasks help your child naturally practise the skills they use every day:
01Attention and concentration
Your child practises sticking to a single activity, noticing details, and following instructions.
02Memory and thinking
They practise remembering things, making connections, and solving simple problems.
03Coordination
They develop hand-eye coordination, accuracy, and motor skills.
04Self-control
They learn to pause, listen to instructions, and complete tasks step by step.
Two books: one for you, one for your child
NEUROBOOK — for you
“You know what to do.”
102 games and exercises. For each exercise, you’ll see exactly what you need and what it focuses on. You can read it right on your phone—no printing required.
NEUROPAD — for your child
“Your child knows what to do.”
136 worksheets across 13 types of exercises. Just print them out, and your child can write, draw, search, compare, and complete the activities.
What changes you’ll see in your child
They’ll see tasks through to the end. Your child practises keeping their attention on one thing instead of leaving it half-finished.
Less frustration with tasks. “I can’t do this” gradually turns into “Look, I did it!”
Calmer afternoons and evenings. After-school or bedtime play — screen-free and without arguments.
Perfect for kids who get easily distracted or tend to be “in their own world.”
Attention, patience, and self-control — skills that are useful far beyond the classroom.
A game for your child, clear guidance for you. You’ll know exactly what each activity focuses on.

Try it right now
Try one of the games
This is what the exercise looks like in the NEUROBOOK — the text and pictures are straight from page 16. Stand facing your child:
Part 1 · Attention and Concentration
03
Nose — ceiling — floor
The adult names one thing but points to another. The child must point to what the adult NAMED — and not copy their gesture.
NOSEpoint a finger at your nose
CEILINGpoint your hand up
FLOORpoint your hand down
First, run through the "nose-ceiling-floor" sequence (2 repetitions) so the child remembers the rule. Then start mixing it up — name one thing, point to another, and gradually speed up the pace.
WHY
This game trains the ability to follow a rule and resist the automatic urge to copy the adult — this is how self-control and concentration develop.
Did you get the hang of it?
You’ll find another 101 activities in the NEUROBOOK — each with a description of what you’ll need and what it focuses on.
Imagine that in just 15 minutes a day
Homework without tears and no more “I can’t do it.”
Calmer evenings — screen-free and without arguments.
More patience when things don’t go right the first time.
Playtime that trains attention and concentration at the same time.
And that is exactly what both books are built to do.

Right after payment, you’ll receive two PDF files by email. Nothing to post, no shipping fees, no waiting. You can download them to your phone and computer, and they’re yours to keep forever.
For children aged 3 to 14. The exercises are graded — with younger ones, you’ll start with simple movement games, while with older kids, you’ll jump straight into more challenging tasks for attention and concentration, as well as logic skills.
No. Every exercise explains exactly what you’ll need, how to do it, and what skill it practises. You don’t have to look anything up or come up with ideas yourself.
You don’t need to print the NEUROBOOK — it’s a guide for you, and you can read it on your phone. The NEUROPAD is a workbook your child writes in, so you will need to print that. But not all 136 worksheets at once — you just print them one by one as you go. They are in standard A4 format, and a regular home printer is all you need.
